Since April, 2021, I've worked at Glera Games, starting as a Senior 2D Environment Artist and progressing to 2D Art Team Lead.
Some of my achievements at my current position:
1. Developed and implemented a pipeline and guidelines for the use of AI (Stable Diffusion) in the illustration department.
2. Created the concept for the location menu (meta map) for the solitaire game Riddle Road.
3. Developed the initial vision for the design of collectible cards in Road Trip.
My current responsibilities include:
1. Providing feedback on collectible card illustrations for outsourcing (full cycle): 135 illustrations featuring characters and items in an album, producing up to 1.5-2 albums per month (averaging 202 illustrations per month); creating an overall vision for the collection album in Miro and tasks for all images in Asana (sketches + renders).
2. Delivering ongoing feedback to a team of illustrators (up to 5 people) on loaders, store banners, and in-game announcement illustrations; this typically results in approximately 6 complete illustrations with environments and characters per month.
3. Developing step-by-step guides on AI, perspective, composition, and rendering for the art team.
4. Managing the hiring process: developing test assignments, analyzing results, selecting candidates, and overseeing their onboarding.
I view my strengths as both a person and a professional to be my ability to listen, find mutually beneficial solutions, and quickly adapt to different tasks while seeking creative solutions. I pay close attention to detail, enjoy organizing documentation, and manage tasks in Asana and Miro. I aim to write clear workflows for my colleagues, enhancing transparency and efficiency in art processes.
My foundational artistic education is crucial, alongside my commitment to continuous learning and drawing inspiration from other artists. This blend allows me to merge academic knowledge with contemporary trends in my work. I am always enthusiastic and open to new opportunities!
